I find myself looking at a brand new Monday. It’s always bittersweet to end the family weekend. Back to the routine of homeschooling in the morning (almost finished for the year!) and then off to work from 3PM to 1AM. It’s not manic, but it is still Monday and I am already longing for the weekend!
I have started another project (while of course not finished with another). The Dune blanket by Attic 24. Such lovely colors! I purchased the yarn pack (along with some other yarn goodness for a future project!) from Wool Warehouse in the UK and it arrived in about a week here in Florida. I am almost embarrassed to admit I am now waiting on 3 more packages!
I have started to work it up and am finding it a relaxing, more simple pattern than my other project in progress and I absolutely love that both sides are beautiful!
I love to find books that pair with blankets. I know this sounds a bit odd but it is just another part of what makes me, well..me. The colors in this blanket remind me a book I recently read: This Book Made Me Think of You by Libby Page
If you have not read this book, you really should! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The author did a beautiful job tackling the main subject of the story! 12 months, 12 books, healing. I did not want it to end, and I am not always into this genre!
